We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom (mainland England, Scotland, and Wales)*. All bulk orders of cladding boards, trims, and accessories are dispatched directly from our distribution centre using specialised freight carriers.

Delivery Options & Timescales:

• Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)

• Rate: From £45.00 (calculated at checkout based on weight and postcode). Free delivery on wholesale orders over £1,500 across most UK mainland postcodes.

• Best for: Scheduled construction projects, phased developments, and regular trade stock replenishment.

• Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

• Rate: From £85.00 (calculated based on order volume and site location). Orders must be confirmed and processed before 12:00 PM for next-day dispatch.

• Best for: Time-critical projects needing urgent materials to prevent on-site delays.

Delivery Terms & Site Access:

• Kerbside Delivery: All deliveries are strictly kerbside using curtain-sided lorries, tail-lift vehicles, or Moffett offloaders where arranged. Ensure the delivery location has adequate access and turning space for heavy goods vehicles (HGVs).

• Offloading & Inspection: A site representative must be present to sign for the delivery, inspect quantities, and note any transit damage on the proof of delivery (POD) note.

• Extended Postcodes: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, remote postcodes, and offshore islands may incur extended transit times (additional 1–2 working days) and surcharge rates.
